Log into your Chacon account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific item and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
Ship to Chacon
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
